Photographic Reflection on Hidalgo’s Children during the Local Election Season

Diogo Heber Martins, a Brazilian-Mexican photographer living in Mexico City collaborates with PSYDEH and is in the beginning stages of a project that will take him around the Mexican Republic to photo document rural and indigenous communities and their citizens collaborating around specific policy challenges.
