Our Team
PSYDEH is powered by a diverse and multidisciplinary team from across Mexico and around the world. Grounded in local leadership and strengthened by a broad range of experiences and expertise, our team works both in person and remotely. Our team includes a field-based staff based in Tenango de Doria, Hidalgo, working closely alongside communities in the Sierra Otomí-Tepehua-Nahua region, and collaborators based in Mexico City supporting organizational strategy, partnerships, communications, and operations.
Field Team
PSYDEH’s field team is at the heart of our work, leading the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of our flagship programs. Comprised primarily of professionals from the region where we work, the team brings deep local knowledge and lived experience to every aspect of program design and delivery. By investing in regional talent, PSYDEH creates meaningful regional employment opportunities while ensuring that our initiatives remain community-driven, responsive to local realities, and aligned with the priorities of the communities we serve.
Satellite Team
Our satellite team is composed of staff and volunteers based in Mexico City and around the world. This team focuses on strengthening PSYDEH’s long-term sustainability through resource mobilization, strategic partnerships, program development, impact reporting, and digital communications.
