Geovany is a student of Social Anthropology at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo (UAEH), originally from Pachuca, Hidalgo.

The reason that led him to study anthropology was his great interest in learning about different ways of living and understanding the world. Geovany faithfully believes that social sciences can help solve real social problems.

From a very young age, his interest in culture and artistic expression led him to take part in musical projects since he was nine years old.

He currently collaborates with PSYDEH as a consulting anthropologist, conducting research in order to achieve better effectiveness in the development of the communities of the Sierra Otomí-Tepehua-Nahua.
