Powerful women driving
change in their communities

Women united
change the world.

PSYDEH is committed to supporting women become community leaders to propel social and economic development and help build a sustainable future for all.

Since 2007, PSYDEH has fortified relationships with women partners and the communities we serve through consistent, collaborative, grassroots programming.

By engaging women as partners as opposed to beneficiaries, PSYDEH ensures local needs and demands guide all work. Regular diagnostic assessments and ongoing community meetings ensure women partners are key to programming decisions.

In 2022, PSYDEH’s community-led development model fosters personal growth, sustainable community impact, as well as social and economic progress for women across Hidalgo, Mexico.

2022 Year in Review

In 2022, we took a giant leap forward in our work to make a sustainable impact in the fight against inequality in rural Mexico. This success is thanks to a lot of hard work at the local level as well as unique partnerships with global partners. It is also a reflection of PSYDEH’s intentional evolution as a […]

More Impact With Companies

PSYDEH makes more impact with companies by working with USA-based PopSockets to produce our second factory worker training. The Project Building on our innovative 2020-2021 initiative with a factory in Tijuana, Mexico, PopSockets invited PSYDEH to work with their Wisconsin, USA partner factory in 2021-2022. This 12-month initiative revolved around a 4-month rights-based training of […]
