Monica Burba | Strategic Communications
Monica is based in Mexico City as a non-profit consultant, committed to protecting human rights through educational leadership and sustainable solutions.
Her past experiences as a Global Citizenship Education Consultant with the World Federation of United Nations Associations, a special education teacher with Teach For America, and her research in gender studies in Southeast Asia and the Middle East have stirred in Monica a strong interest in promoting social development and global citizenship education.
She earned a Master of Science degree in Special Education from Brooklyn College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies and Sustainability from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University.
Monica has assisted PSYDEH with graphic design and strategic communications.
