Yarazet Moreno Borjas | Young Professionals Corps
Yarazet is a member of the first cadre of the PSYDEH Young Professionals Corps. She met us through the “Jovenes Construyendo El Futuro” program of the Mexican federal Secretary of Labor and Social Prevention.
With PSYDEH, she hopes to empower indigenous older women through knowledge sharing on how to demand and defend their rights and to best manage daily life tasks from the gerontological perspective
of active aging.
Yarazet has her license in Gerontology from the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo (UAEH). There, she conducted her professional practices and social service at CENAGER, a private institution caring for older adults using active aging methods.
