Opportunities (Spring / Summer 2022) 

Field Corps Trainers

We seek one, or ideally, two exceptional candidates for the role of our Field Corps Trainers in the Otomí-Tepehua region in Hidalgo, central Mexico. These individuals contribute to different mechanisms of our current COVID-19 program, among others the support and mentoring of our new indigenous women field corps.

The face-to-face positions require a minimum commitment of 6 months in full-time work. PSYDEH provides housing with wifi, basic food and work-related transportation. The budget for food and transportation will be negotiated during the interview. You will work in tandem with our General Coordinator, Indigenous Women Field Corps and Community Organizers and be an important voice in our field team. 

Web Developer/ Designer with Creativity 

We seek a creative Web Developer or Designer who (1) knows her or his way around WordPress (HTML, PHP & CSS), (2) have working knowledge of Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics, and (3) some basic understanding and/or interest in learning about the Google Ads program in order to create & implement GTM Tags on buttons, links, iframes & forms in WordPress and import those events into Google Analytics & Google Ads. You will also advise on whether and how to improve content organization in our website and help think of ways, and design solutions pursuant to this thinking, to maximize gains via our global crowdfunding partnership with US-based GlobalGiving.

You will work in tandem with our global strategic communications team and SEO consultant and web designer in both English and Spanish. You will be an important voice in our strategic discussions about best to use web-based content for good and designing and be primarily responsible for implementing technical solutions-oriented around desired target outcomes.
