Victoria Lim | Development Associate

Victoria Lim is a recent graduate of the Environmental Studies program at Yale University, specializing in Environmental Justice. She has an avid interest in a diverse range of socio-environmental topics, having interned at organizations and worked on projects involving sustainable agriculture, climate justice, environmental education, and youth development, amongst others. She is excited to be a part of PSYDEH, as she strongly believes in PSYDEH’s mission to empower Indigenous women through community-led educational programming.  

From her various roles with small nonprofits, international organizations, and in government, she has honed her skills in strategic planning and program management. With PSYDEH, she works on initiatives relating to impact evaluation, fundraising, and funder-nonprofit relationship-building. She also has professional working competency in Spanish and is eager to continue advancing her linguistic abilities in her time with PSYDEH.
