Diana Ramírez León | Otomí Field Lead

Diana is an Otomí (or hñahñu) community communicator with a master’s degree in social sciences and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the Autonomous University of Hidalgo (UAEH). In her two years at PSYDEH, Diana has advised on project initiative design, e.g., narrative training and facilitation of workshops with indigenous women partners. And she was recently certified by the British Council as an Active Citizens workshop facilitator.

Outside of PSYDEH, Diana collaborates with the Solidarity Economy Network (ecoSOhi) of rural farmers, and she works in indigenous radio in El Valle de Mezquital as a researcher, producer, and community broadcaster.
